There is a huge difference in flavour of fruits when it’s fresh and baked. It is a very obvious statement, but I have a tendency to forget things. Have you ever had baked fruit with yoghurt? If not, I am telling you, this is a game changer. Especially on a cold winter, dark morning.
On Saturday I am going to cross off one thing from my Bucket list, with the following days hopefully two more. I had a dream to go to Finland while it’s covered in snow and it’s happening! I take Mia and the main plan is to show her snow, as she did not experience much of it in her life. I am not sure if she played in the snow at all. Most probably not. So… start with Saturday, we’ll be doing a lot of snow activities, which includes angels, snowmen, snow fights and so on. I am also planning on seeing aurora lights (fingers crossed) and to go on a husky slide ride. I will also stalk the reindeers all over the Lapland, because this is what I do, I follow animals. I also try to make friends with them and to tell them how awesome they are, but in most cases they ignore me. This time I’ll have Mia with me and, well, she’s awesome, so we have a chance there. My level of excitement, so far, is around 1000 degrees and growing I seriously hope that Mother Nature will not make a joke and all the snow will be there…

YOU WILL NEED:
- pineapple
- pear
- peach
- brown sugar
- juice and zest from 1 lime
- cinnamon
- pollen
- yoghurt
Let it cool down, then move to a bowl and serve with a natural yoghurt, cinnamon and pollen.
Enjoy, Marta
